ARCHITECTURAL WORKSHOP SKRYPNIK+DZYUBETSKY. SPECIALIZATION – INDIVIDUAL RESIDENTIAL SPACES, PUBLIC INTERIORS.
The architecture of the house is dictated by the desire not to harm any pine in the area. The entrance with walk-in closets distributes the flows – a private area for children and guests to the right. Large living-dining-kitchen with a cabinet on the entresol is on the left. And the master bedroom with a walk-in closet and bathroom. The master bedroom has a private terrace with access to the pool and river. Finishing materials – white painted plaster and wood – pine. Area: 297 m2. Implementation: 2011.
