In work on the project, every detail was thought out and developed. The main room is a living room-studio. The kitchen “island” separates the cooking zone from the rest of the living room. Special attention is to the TV area. It is solved by a black marble console with a built-in bio fireplace. There are different modes of lighting – light atmosphere – for watching movies, family dinner, night mode. Two children’s rooms are oriented to the east, which is most favorable for a growing organism. Both of them are bright and individual in their own way. A bathroom for children is distinguished by an original approach: a sink of an unusual color, faucets from the ceiling, and floors like on the deck of a ship. A place for unexpected solutions was also found in the master bedroom. It was decided to place the shower cabin right in the bedroom and not to separate the walk-in closet. Area: 167.5 m2.
