Apartment of 265 m2 is located in the heart of Kyiv. The rooms provide spectacular views of the city and the Dnieper river. Comfortable and functional space is controlled by the “smart home” via the iPhone. The three-meter-long art object in the center of the apartment is made of metal and serves as a winery and a bio-fireplace at the same time, which is also controlled via the iPhone. In addition, this bold art installation helped to hide the concrete column in the center of the room.
