This is a residence in the style of the Italian region Tuscany. It is filled with specially selected in Italy, Germany, France, and then brought to Ukraine with finishing materials, interior and decor elements, such as the head of a deer, decorated with a vintage tapestry of the 19th century. As a result, we see a castle kitchen with a spit in the 1.94 m high fireplace made of a hand-processed marble. The well on the square in front of the house is also made of marble. Beams and ceilings are made of centuries-old oak timber. The walls of the master bedroom are made of wax coated sheet steel and are combined with exquisite Loro Piana fabric. Paintings by Roy Lichtenstein are side by side with ancient icons in the bedroom of a young man.
